The Human Element
Who?
Niana
I've been following what I called a "Plant Path" for some time. It started with the Tea Industry, then Cannabis, Permaculture, Herbalism, Public Education, Cannabis again, and Landscaping. On this "Plant Path", I do not claim to be an master- but a perpetual student- for there will always be something new to learn.
Eco-Enabler
In the middle of the Plant Path - I tried out the Corporate World- I worked in the development industry making sure that builders had the supplies they needed to complete new subdivisions all over Georgia. My job relied on deforestation and grading or scraping- which removes the top soil, nutrients, compacts the Earth, causes more erosion, more floods and harsher droughts- and being at desk on a computer for 40 hours a week- was crushing my soul. I experienced hill fires in California, Floods in the Southeast, and have continued to bear witness to the Ecological Catastrophe that Climate Change and Big Business wreaks. We change this, we can be Eco- Enablers.
Heal How?
Eco- enabling and our landscape design process, our care program educates clients on the benefits of mindful design. Your Garden, Your home and the choices we make there-in can be steps forward in relationship to the Earth. My goal is to guide your garden into interaction between your needs and needs of the water cycle, native plants, and animals.
